The weekend of July 4th we took a spontaneous trip to Phoenix to stay in a hotel and play with our friends the Whites. We swam, played in the hotel, went to a candy factory, ate yummy food and just enjoyed being away from normal life. It was so spontaneous that I forgot we were babysitting turtles. Baxter and Pickles made the trip with us.

Cerreta Candy Company gave us a free short little tour. We got to taste some candies and meet the owner, Mr. C himself!
