Kinder-Gym

The past two weeks Emsleigh has been in Kinder-Gym. It has been really fun for all of us. I have enjoyed watching her learn new things and be considerate of others. She tried everything the teachers asked her to and was much braver than I expected her to be. I think my favorite thing was how she turned anything and everything into some kind of ballet move. Her favorite part was the "cheese." As seen below.

This is Emsleigh's friend, Gavin. He makes us laugh :)!

She told me her least favorite part was the bar. She still did a great job on it!

Kinder-gym was extra special cause Gavin came too!

I love her.

June Catch Up

I had a birthday. My dear husband bought me this wonderful machine. I have enjoyed trying different K-Cups and grinding my normal blends. I love it. Thank you J!

Emsleigh has been playing with her babies more recently.

Kesed is always asking me to read a book to her.

Emsleigh as Rapunzel. We love the movie Tangled!

Kesed's favorite hiding spot.

Both girls always love listening to daddy play the guitar.

Our friend Eden passed down her very favorite today for the girls to play with. This little piano has been so much fun for all of us. Ems and Kesed play and sing together alot.

I find Kesed like this often.

Kesed had a rough evening a few days ago due to some new teeth. The ONLY thing that would calm this girl down was chewing on a grilled chicken leg. Whatever works, right?

Emsleigh is such a big helper, in all rooms of the house.

Kesed loves corn.

Getting my teeth cleaned is one of my favorite things to do. Dental health leads to heart health. Cleanliness is next to godliness. Anyway, you can imagine how thrilled my little heart was to watch Emsleigh get her teeth cleaned and she did great! That is my friend Bobbi. She happens to be our dental hygienist too.

Grancy arrived June 22. Before that Emsleigh got her story times via skype.

Told you, I find her like this often.

Water Babies - Kinda

We try to be in the water when we can. IT IS SO HOT! This little party pool is enjoyed on a regular basis. We also have great friends who let us enjoy their pools. Emsleigh loves the water as long as she can touch the bottom of the pool, which means big pools she sits on the steps and goes no further. Kesed loves water and floating in the big pools or playing in the little ones. In 110 degree weather we are really thankful for the water.

Time in Pattonsburg

We spent a Saturday night in Pattonsburg at the Lambert's house. I should have taken more pictures but was having such a good time I forgot. I did snap a picture of Emsleigh and Rhonda decorating a birthday cake for Jeremiah and I :)!

The next morning was lovely. We enjoyed worshipping and hearing the Word with those we love at Pattonsburg Baptist Church. AND a most delightful potluck meal...there is no comparison!

I am sure I mentioned last time that our friends the Yates are now pastoring at Pattonsburg. We praise God for this and are excited to see how God is using them there.

Malachi and Kesed - 1 year old!!!!

This is the only picture I could get of Emsleigh and Josiah. They were too busy playing!

And of course, the family photos! Kesed starting pulling out my hair, hence my face in the last one. I love these pictures, mainly just cause I love the people in them so much!

Since the day Josiah was born Emsleigh has been trying to give him hugs :)!

Atleast Malachi willingly hugged Kesed!

And our last stop was the Holcombs. We spent many nights around this table the years we were in Pattonsburg. It was special to be gathered their again and wonderful to be eating Patsy's mac-n-cheese!
