10 year college reunion

I left these sweet girls

and headed to Oklahoma with this little man.

I spent 3 days with some of my dearest friends. There was lots of sipping coffee and talking and talking and talking. Thank you to Seyan and Dara for hosting me while I was there. And to Danielle for inviting all of us over on Friday night for a wonderful time of reconnecting. And to all my other friends who drove from near and far to see me even if it was for just a little bit. I left this weekend so thankful for my time at OBU and even more thankful that 10 years later I still have so many precious people to call friend.

This is where it all began, WMU freshman year...

This is one of my first friends at OBU.

These three I spent a whole lot of time NOT studying with.

This is unbelievable that I trusted them with my son.

These make me smile.

This bookstore is where I spent so many hours working to pay way through college, no wait, to pay my way to Billy Boy's and nasty gas station coffee.

This is life on life, discipleship, community, small group etc...

This is where it ended Senior year, Howard #1

It was a wonderful weekend. I should say one more thank you...to my husband. He sacrificed time and sleep and work and made it through Sunday morning alone so that I could go. I am never allowed to leave again but still thank you. :)

Kansas City Pt 3

Our trips to Kansas City are full and there is never enough time to do all that we want to do or see all the people we want to see. We were` thankful to be able to go back to Pattonsburg Baptist Church and visit our dear church family there. There was a yummy carry-in after church so we had time to catch up with many friends.

This trip made me miss fall weather and country life...ALOT!

Emsleigh and Josiah were each others very first friend-a bond that cannot be broken :).

One of our last nights in town the Moore's came over to see us. The girls connected immediately and Jeremiah and I were encouraged by our fellowship with these dear friends.

Kansas City Pt 2

Family time! Our children are blessed with wonderful aunts, uncles, grandparents, great-grandparents and cousins. The hardest part of living in Arizona is NOT the heat. It is being so far from our family love so much.

Kansas City Pt 1

We got to spend a week in Kansas City visiting family and friends. At the end of our flight, a man told me my kids deserved ice cream because they did so well on the plane. Jeremiah and I were really thankful for smooth travels!

Memaw made some more beautiful princess dresses and of course princess dresses call of tea parties! The girls loved playing with Memaw, chatting with Pepaw and swiping Grandma Thelma's food!

We planned our trip to coincide with some of our best friends the Watts. They live in Asia. So we don't get to see them very often. This was a special treat! We have been talking since the last time we saw each other how excited we were for the girls to play together. It was a beautiful, encouraging night. Only it left me missing Seyan and the season of fall more than ever!
